Feasibility analysis<br>obv ROI

We were uncertain whether we should start automating already. As we went through our parameters in outline form, we tested the feasibility of a number of automation options. </p>
<p>This immediately made it clear whether further discussions were worthwhile. The conclusion: full automation had to wait, but the purchase of a packaging machine did make sense.

RFQ - ROI too long

We wanted to automate our process and therefore put out an RFQ. We were convinced that we had to automate. During the RFQ process, Costo came back to us that the business case was simply not feasible. The ROI turned out to be much too long and we are glad that Costo advised this.
