As a Marketing Specialist, you play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, inspire, and generate leads.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and strategy.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company goals and drive growth.
- Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO, PPC) and offline channels.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
Support event/ exhibition planning, product launches, and promotional activities. - Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
Job requirements
Opleiding & Ervaring
- Bacheloropleiding in Marketing, Communicatie, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een marketingfunctie.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met digitale marketingtools en -platforms (bijv. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, enz.).
Competencies & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, etc.).
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
Additional
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in an (international) B2B marketing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
- A true self-starter: someone who takes the lead independently, advises the management team and ensures that multiple projects are completed on time.
- Creative storyteller with knowledge of content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and email marketing platforms.
