Introduction

I am Jeroen Dekker-Meijboom and since November 1th, Operations Director of the Costo Group. My job is to streamline the operations of the entire group.
We operate from three locations on the intralogistics solutions for our customers.
From Gorinchem (NL) & Porto (Portugal) we focus on hardware and from Tilburg we develop software.
From these locations we work on product development (hardware and software), project management, procurement, assembly, installation, implementation and finally the delivery of the projects and we offer services to our customers during the lifetime of a logistics system.
A rock-solid mutual cooperation is crucial for our projects. My focus is to ensure that all of these disciplines from the various locations fit together smoothly.

Champions League in project management

The complexity of the projects that include hardware, software, controls and electronics makes this the Champions League in project management.
A nice challenging job to achieve further professionalization; I am really looking forward to it!

I also look for challenges outside of work, especially in sports. From mountain biking to swimming and padel.
And on the weekends you can find almost the entire family on the field hockey field.
