Automatic storage warehouse for new-build site Schotte Kunststoffen..
Schotte Kunststoffen, a leading company in the production of plastic packaging in the Benelux. The Costo Group designed and realised a custom-made warehouse for the storage and shipment of goods.
We are currently in the implementation phase where testing is in full swing.

Automatic storage.
The result is an impressive 180-metre-long and 16-metre-high automatic storage warehouse. Pallets are supplied from the in-house production department and docks. Monorails then provide internal transport to the high-bay cranes for automatic storage of plastic producers.
Special adaptations for light high pallets.
Special clamping devices have been used to stabilise the light high pallets during rapid crane movements. The monorails are also specially equipped with a lifting mechanism for the low weight and height of the pallets.
We are now in the process of implementing and testing the intralogistics solutions.
