As a supervisor, you are responsible for the installation and mechatronic delivery of intralogistics projects.
What does your day as a supervisor at Costo look like?
As a supervisor, you are responsible for the installation and mechatronic delivery of intralogistics projects. For this, you work together with your local assembly team on site. You have a lot of contact with the project’s subcontractors, ensure that the planning targets are met and bear responsibility for the installation of Costo systems.
In doing so, you supervise the assigned fitters on the project site, take care of the supply and removal of materials, tools and resources, and arrange all necessary facilities. You work closely with the project team, strive to achieve the highest possible level of quality and customer satisfaction, and share responsibility for a positive financial result. Preferably, you will work in assembly in order to prepare the project optimally. You manage a site team consisting largely of hired staff.
Your duties will include the following:
- You will be Costo’s customer’s first point of contact on site;
- You will cooperate during assembly, taking delivery of your goods at the production site;
- You manage the hired installation personnel and other subcontractors;
- You attend construction meeting and/or work meetings as a company representative;
- You report project progress and maintain planning and administration;
- You identify more or less work;
- You are responsible for the delivery of the project and coordinate this together with your project leader;
- You ensure safety in the execution on site (correct use of PPE).

A stress-resistant professional with at least five years’ experience in realising technical projects. Someone who can lead and enjoys challenges, with the aim of keeping everything running smoothly.
