Production & assembly at Costo in Gorinchem (NL)..
Spring 2023
Wijlhuizen plans to expand its existing distribution centre in Arnhem with an automated inbound, outbound and order picking system. Wijlhuizen already has a Costo system, which will be expanded. Costo is supplying the hardware & software (Arrow WMS) for this project. We are currently producing & assembling the hardware at Costo in Gorinchem (NL).
Complex & smart WMS.
Wijlhuizen is a supplier in the truck and trailer industry and stocks all parts that can be replaced on a truck/trailer; from bolts and nuts to clutch plates and large plastic parts. This wide variation makes WMS design especially complex and makes the development of Arrow (our WMS system) a hugely smart solution.
Complex & slim WMS.
Wijlhuizen is toeleverancier in de truck- en trailerindustrie en heeft alle onderdelen die op een truck/trailer vervangen kunnen worden op voorraad; van bouten en moeren tot koppelingsplaten en grote kunststof onderdelen. Deze grote variatie maakt vooral het ontwerp van het WMS complex en maakt de ontwikkeling van Arrow (ons WMS systeem) een enorm slimme oplossing.
Construction during customer production..
Wijlhuizen’s operations are never idle, so we build at the same time as the customer’s production hours. Therefore, assembly is carried out in two phases. The 1st phase has now been completed. On to the 2nd phase!
