What does your day as a supervisor at Costo look like?
As a supervisor, you are responsible for the installation and mechatronic delivery of intralogistics projects. For this, you work together with your local assembly team on site. You have a lot of contact with the project’s subcontractors, ensure that the planning targets are met and bear responsibility for the installation of Costo systems.
In doing so, you supervise the assigned fitters on the project site, take care of the supply and removal of materials, tools and resources, and arrange all necessary facilities. You work closely with the project team, strive to achieve the highest possible level of quality and customer satisfaction, and share responsibility for a positive financial result. Preferably, you will work in assembly in order to prepare the project optimally. You manage a site team consisting largely of hired staff.

A stress-resistant professional with at least five years’ experience in realising technical projects. Someone who can lead and enjoys challenges, with the aim of keeping everything running smoothly. In short: Do you want to be involved in challenging and beautiful intralogistics new construction projects? Do you have what it takes to supervise fitters, make thorough planning and keep a cool head when deadlines approach?
