Mini loads.

Automatic storage of large quantities of bins, trays or boxes

Using the storage space to its fullest? We’re happy to help you finding the best solution for your warehouse!

Optimal use of available space.

Miniloads are ideal for storing large quantities of bins, trays or boxes in a limited area. A miniload automatically and efficiently manages the entry and exit of goods in accordance with the goods-to-person principle. The available space is used effectively, and operational costs are kept to a minimum.

The benefits of a miniload.

Extremely compact storage
Less labour required
Rapid and reliable
Ergonomic operation
Maximises efficiency in combination with picking systems

How does a mini load work?

Miniload systems manage the entry and exit of bins and trays up to about 200 kg in weight. A miniload can also be safely used for boxes.

The miniload crane picks up the desired goods in accordance with the goods-to-person principle, and delivers them to a picking station or a conveyor belt. The system is rapid and reliable.

A miniload is often used for storing medium turnover and slow-moving goods. The output of a miniload is high, and its capacity can be further enhanced by the simultaneous handling of several bins. A double-depth design increases the system’s storage capacity. A miniload system can often also be used for simultaneous replenishment and order picking.
